We are an independent business. We are not a manufacturer, not an authorised service centre for any brand, and not affiliated with the brands whose products we service — unless that is explicitly stated on a specific product or service page.

Why We Built Restore Assist
A large share of premium products get replaced when they didn't need to be. Something stops working, the manufacturer's support path is slow or closed, out-of-warranty repair looks complicated, and buying new is the path of least resistance.
We built Restore Assist to make the other options easier to reach: find out what's actually wrong, find out whether it's fixable, and get a straight answer about whether fixing it is worth it.
Sometimes that answer is no. We'd rather say so.
