KSUT CT70 4G Network Radio (PoC)
Push-to-talk that works wherever your phone has a signal. One button, and the whole crew hears you — across the site or across the state. The CT70 is a dual-mode handset: it talks over the 4G network like a modern fleet radio, and it also works as a conventional analog radio when you want a direct unit-to-unit link that does not depend on anyone's network.
Who this one is for
Construction and trade crews, security teams, event and venue staff, warehouse and yard operations, delivery and logistics fleets, property management. Anyone who has watched a traditional walkie-talkie run out of range two blocks from the site office.

The one limitation worth understanding
Network mode runs over the cellular network. That is exactly why it has no range limit — and also why it stops working where there is no cellular coverage, and if the carrier network goes down. If you need communication that survives a network outage or works in genuine backcountry, this is the wrong tool and we will tell you so. The analog mode gives you a short-range fallback, but it is line-of-sight only.
What Restore Assist adds
- Setup help on the phone — programming, channels, contacts and a test call before you rely on it.
- In-house repair. We service two-way radios already; these are not sent away.
- A 12-month warranty from us, stated on this page.
- A straight answer about whether this is the right radio for your situation, including when it isn't.
Before you buy
Network mode needs a SIM with an active data plan, which is bought separately. Analog mode may require an FCC licence depending on the frequencies used — tell us how you intend to use it and we will tell you exactly what you need before you order.

What you get beyond the handset
The radio is the easy part. These are the reasons to buy it from a repair business rather than a marketplace listing.

Before you order this one
Two things decide whether a radio is right for a job, and both are worth settling before you buy rather than after. The first is whether you need it to work when the cellular network doesn't. The second is whether you hold — or are willing to get — an FCC licence, which some radios require to transmit and others don't.
Get those two right and the choice is usually obvious. Get them wrong and you own the wrong radio. Call and describe the job; it takes about five minutes.
Before you order
Some specifications here are marked unconfirmed. Why?
Because we haven't yet verified those figures against the units we ship, and we won't print a number we can't stand behind. Call and we'll read the real figure off a radio before you order. Anything we do state is something you can hold us to.
Do I need an FCC licence to use this radio?
It depends on the model. A 4G network radio needs none for network mode, because it's a cellular device. A radio that transmits on licensed frequencies does. The specification table on this page says which applies, and we'll confirm it on the phone.
What happens if the cell network goes down?
A network radio goes down with it — that's the trade-off for having no range limit. A licensed radio that carries its own signal is unaffected. If a network outage is part of what you're planning for, tell us and we'll point you at the right one.
Will these work with radios we already own?
Possibly, on analog modes with compatible frequencies and matching tone settings. Tell us what you already have and we'll give you a straight answer before you order.
What if it isn't right when it arrives?
Thirty days from delivery to send it back. The full terms are in our refund policy.
